Pakchoi (Brassica rapa L.) is widely used in soups and as a garnish, and its demand in Indonesia has been increasing. Production can be increased with inorganic or organic fertilizers. Excessive use of NPK fertilizers can harm the environment; therefore, liquid organic fertilizer (LOF) from market waste is a viable alternative. Market waste LOF can improve soil properties. This study aims to determine the optimal combination of LOF and NPK to maximize pakchoi growth and productivity. The research was conducted from January to March 2024 at the Bengkulu University experimental field, using a completely randomized design with one factor: the composition of LOF from market waste and NPK fertilizer, specifically (P0) 100% LOF Nasa (control), (P1) 100% NPK, (P2) 75% NPK + 25% LOF, (P3) 50% NPK + 50% LOF, (P4) 25% NPK + 75% LOF, and (P5) 100% LOF. The combination of 25% NPK + 75% LOF produced the best growth and yield, based on plant height at 4 WAMP, leaf area, fresh weight, wet crown weight, dry crown weight, and dry root weight.
