Within the ZTD (Marker Ontology) framework, this paper utilizes discrete mathematics and operator algebra to reconstruct the intrinsic connection between physical laws and the spacetime network. Based on the Poisson-Voronoi tessellation and the local extremum truncation model, we derive the conservation and breaking mechanisms of topological winding numbers, doubly stochastic matrices, and the graph Laplacian spectrum in discrete networks. Building upon this, we propose a dynamical picture encompassing energy-driven topological folding (origin of matter), differential response delays (mass hierarchy), and geometric stability preference (baryon asymmetry), and explore the potential connections between microscopic momentum breaking in discrete networks and current cosmological anomalies (LHAASO ultra-high-energy photon delay, DESI dark energy evolution, JWST early galaxies). This manuscript serves as a mathematical and physical program for subsequent quantitative research in discrete spacetime theories. Note: This article is not a rigorous academic paper, but a stage-wise archive of thoughts for future development.
