The vacuum's content, on my premise A-4, comes in two equal and opposite poles. Pairing is exact and greedy: everything that can pair, pairs, and only the unpaired fraction weighs. Write u(f) for the unpaired fraction at gathered fraction f. The density that converts counting bookkeeping into weighing bookkeeping is D(f) = 1/(1 − u(f)), so the theory owes one function, u(f), and for a time it owed it with no equation attached. This paper produces that function from premises, and it prints the grade on its face: the law is PRODUCED from premises. It is not a derivation. β, the vertical this paper works, stands CONSTRAINED at derivation grade. The argument is short. The pairing rule itself cannot choose u, because greedy exact pairing never changes n₊ − n₋; pairing is bookkeeping, and u is chosen entirely by how the gathering separates its poles. In the sleeping theory, Einstein–Cartan, nothing can separate them: the two pole streams couple only through the algebraic Cartan tie, the metric sector is blind to helicity, and an algebraic field has no state, no memory, and no way to act back. So before the gathering wakes, u ≡ 0 exactly. The gathering pairs exactly until it wakes. The first thing that can split the poles is the woken axial mode of the waking construction, because the axial sector is the one place in the theory where the two poles are not interchangeable. That mode is linear, so its amplitude grows linearly from the waking point, the frustration rate grows with the amplitude, and u rises as a square. Two priced conditions fix the two constants, and no free continuous parameter is left: u(f) = 0.523771 · max(0, f − 0.773950)². The gathering pairs exactly for the first 77.40% of its axis. D(1) = 411/400 = 1.027500 exactly. The integers 411 and 400 are my declaration (premise P-13), not a counting theorem, and the waking point f_W = 0.773950 is an output of the law whose independent address is not yet in the record. Both debts are printed at full size in §8. The vacuum catastrophe is NOT SOLVED, and this paper does not claim the toll.
