A duration now exists in packet form. Session 03 of the Round Table returned every duration ungraded and named the block exactly: four clauses, in order — (i) no pitch function and no advance rate, (ii) no value for the threshold angle Θ_c, (iii) no gate computation for the neck, (iv) no law that turns an angle into a time. This paper pays the Transplant Census toll for cells S7×TIME and S2×TIME: it discharges the four clauses in that order, each at the grade it honestly carries, and it prints the Duration Packet, in rule P11 form with every input tagged, as its centerpiece. Clause (i): the waking construction is linear, and a linear constitution under a constant drive stores twist at a constant rate in the angle coordinate, so the pitch is affine in the load coordinate φ, which in arm-B language is β = 1 exactly. Closure B at β = 1 gives P_sev = 1.007247 and x_last = 2.415585×10⁻³, inside the pre-registered band [2.3546, 2.4331]×10⁻³. Clause discharged at premise grade. Clause (ii): Θ_c = 2π·N_c with N_c = 411, the author's declaration, printed at declaration grade. Clause (iii): the barrier law clears the gate price at the selected point by about 10^35.7 in the exponent, so R = τ_confine/τ_load > 1 follows from the premises; the clause is discharged in gate form only, and the finite value of τ_confine is not produced. Clause (iv): the neck is made of light, the author's premise, and a clock riding a light-cord advances at c per unit travel by the cord's own constitution; premise grade. The packet at the selected point reads τ_load = 6.4427×10⁻²² s. Grades, at full size: DURATION PRODUCED AT PREMISE GRADE in packet form; NOT PRODUCED at derivation grade; τ_confine NOT PRODUCED as a number. The vacuum catastrophe is NOT SOLVED, in this paper or anywhere else in the program.
