Perovskite nanocrystals have attracted considerable attention for next-generation optoelectronic applications because of their high photoluminescence efficiency, narrow emission linewidths, and tunable optical properties. However, their performance and stability are limited by surface defects, ion migration, and sensitivity to external environments. In this article, we discuss strategies for fabricating high-performance perovskite nanocrystals by controlling growth conditions and surface structures. The effects of precursor composition, reaction conditions, and ligands on crystal growth are introduced, together with post-synthetic treatment, doping, core-shell structures, and laser-induced photo-brightening. These approaches provide effective routes for improving the optical properties and structural stability of perovskite nanocrystals.
