This study aims to analyze the distribution and concentration of undergraduate thesis topics among students of the Information Technology Education Study Program (PTI) from 2023 to July 31, 2026, and to identify research gaps and potential topics beyond learning media development. A descriptive quantitative approach was employed using content analysis of 91 undergraduate thesis documents completed during the study period. Data were collected through documentation and coded according to the main research focus, topic category, subtopic, and keywords. Data analysis included frequency and percentage calculations, topic categorization, and keyword co-occurrence mapping using VOSviewer to identify research concentration and relationships among topics. The findings show that learning media development dominates the thesis portfolio, accounting for 60 theses (65.93%), while 31 theses (34.07%) are distributed across UI/UX and HCI, information systems and systems analysis, artificial intelligence and data analytics, IoT and embedded systems, educational evaluation and analysis, and networking and programming. The findings indicate a strong concentration of research on learning media development and opportunities for diversification into other areas. The mapping provides an empirical basis for the study program to develop its research roadmap and supports students in selecting more diverse thesis topics that remain relevant to developments in information technology.
