It introduced the VOICE Policy Manifesto and key recommendations, drawing on insights from 43 stakeholder interviews and highlighting the importance of recognising artist-led innovation, strengthening artists’ involvement in policymaking, and creating more inclusive and sustainable funding frameworks for the arts.
