Background: Perioperative protein metabolism disorder is the core pathophysiological change in patients with postpartum haemorrhage after caesarean section with placenta previa. Purpose: Protein metabolism nutrition intervention, as a core nutritional support strategy during the perioperative period of obstetrics, can provide systemic metabolic support for surgical hemostasis and postoperative recovery by regulating protein metabolism. Results: The results showed that protein metabolism and nutritional intervention established a stable metabolic foundation for both groups of patients. The observation group had significantly lower intraoperative bleeding volume, hemostasis time, hospitalisation costs, and hospitalisation time compared to the control group. The hemostasis effective rate (95.5%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (70.6%); Conclusion: The combination of the new surgical hemostasis scheme has a definite haemostatic effect, can reduce bleeding volume and transfusion requirements, shorten hospitalisation time, reduce medical costs, and has good safety. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
