Supplier's Satisfaction Level in Fresh Fruit Bunch Supply Chain at Bengkulu Province

Partnerships in the Fresh Fruit Bunch (FFB) Supply Chain may fail due to low supplier satisfaction. This has a significant impact on the efficiency and performance of the FFB supply chain. This research analyzes Supplier Satisfaction levels in the FFB Supply Chain in Bengkulu Province. The level of satisfaction in the supply chain in Bengkulu Province is assessed by the Index of Performance Analysis (IPA) through five dimensions. The research results show that the level of satisfaction among suppliers in the fresh fruit bunch supply chain is very high. Additionally, this study found that any signs could reduce the level of pleasure. In order to address these indications, independent farmers, suppliers, and factories must work together to report any unsatisfactory things during transactions.
