Using the "insulin overdose reaction and rescue experiment" as a carrier, ideological and political elements such as "life first, precision medication, and social responsibility" were integrated into theoretical lectures, while first-aid awareness and team collaboration were strengthened in practical sessions. A diversified assessment system combining formative and summative evaluations was constructed. Students from the 2022 cohort (control group, n=97) and 2023 cohort (application group, n=100) of Pharmaceutical Engineering were selected as research subjects, and independent samples t-test and chi-square test were employed to compare teaching effects between the two groups. The application group performed significantly better than the control group in practical skills ( t =9.94, P <0.01), team collaboration ( t =12.86, P <0.01), and experimental reports ( t =15.63, P <0.01). The distribution of overall grade levels between the two groups showed an extremely significant difference ( χ ²=92.39, P <0.001), with the application group achieving an excellence rate of 100%. This teaching model effectively enhanced students' practical abilities, team collaboration spirit, and comprehensive competencies, achieving the organic integration of knowledge transmission, ability cultivation, and value guidance, and thus holds value for broader application.
