On Certain Aspects of Exercising State Control (Supervision) in the Sphere of Industrial Innovation Activity

The article examines the features of control and supervisory activities in the field of industrial innovation under the conditions of the transition to technological autonomy. It analyzes theoretical approaches to the correlation between the concepts of «control» and «supervision» and identifies gaps in legislative regulation. The study reveals systemic problems associated with interdepartmental fragmentation, excessive formalization of requirements, and the low quality of industrial safety expertise. The necessity of creating an interdepartmental coordination mechanism based on the «GosTech» digital platform is substantiated, with a pilot implementation of the proposed model.
