Selecting the appropriate meal from the ingredients available at home may be a challenging and timeconsuming process.Recipes offered by traditional recipe platforms are typically based on predefined recipe collections and keyword searches. These require the user to review a number of options before finding a recipe that suits their available ingredients and dietary preferences. This research presents an Artificial Intelligencebased Smart Recipe Generation system, which is able to generate personalized recipes according to the user's provided ingredients and dietary requirements. The proposed system takes the available ingredients and selected preferences as input and uses an AI-based recipe generation algorithm to provide structured cooking instructions for the recipes matching the requirements.Aside from textual recipes, the proposed platform also implements multimodal content generation by creating a visual representation of the recommended dish and recording audio narration of the cooking instructions. As such, the user is able to access recipe-related information in text, visual, and audio forms within the same application. The proposed approach aims to address meal selection, optimize the utilization of ingredients available at home, and provide a personalized assistance in recipe preparation. The study details the system architecture, processing workflow, AI implementation, and key functional components of the developed application.Functional testing of the implemented platform demonstrated the ability to generate recipes, process dietary preferences, generate a dish image, record audio instructions, and implement the full system workflow.
