This record contains version 3.6.9 of the working paper “Six-Entry Accounting for AI Agents in Web4: AI Ledger and Jurisdiction Ledger under Evidential Non-Inflation” and its associated technical and reproducibility materials. Autonomous agents can make valid payments while leaving their authority and the legal context of their actions difficult to reconstruct. This paper takes a ledger-centered view of Web 4.0 (Web4), linking collectively confirmable settlement to independently reviewable action. Its conceptual architecture links an AI Ledger and a Jurisdiction Ledger under evidential non-inflation, under which the authority conveyed by a record must stay within what its evidence and stated verification procedures support. The proposed six-entry accounting framework comprises six record functions: paired value representation, temporal ordering, shared-state evidence, and the two supplementary ledgers, which also apply off-chain. The accompanying research package includes Supplement S1, reproducibility package S2, and source records S3. The software profile remains version 2.9. The reported computational results concern local software conformance and do not constitute evidence of institutional effectiveness or improved human judgment. Cross-platform adapters, the complete PACIscan application, institutional deployment, an adopted standard, and independent participant results are not reported. The author originates PACI and has related commercial interests in evidence-management services. Generative AI assisted source discovery, drafting, coding, and editing. The author is responsible for the final manuscript.
