Marketing educators increasingly face a dual responsibility: preparing students to understand heterogeneous consumers and workplaces while making curricular choices in an environment where diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, and access (DEIBA) initiatives are publicly and institutionally contested. Existing scholarship offers strong conceptual and pedagogical guidance, including Hollenbeck and Patrick’s R.E.C.I.P.E. framework for teaching an inclusive marketing orientation. What remains less developed is a practical course-level process for examining whether those intentions are visible across objectives, representation, assignments, participation conditions, and plans for continued integration. This conceptual article introduces the Integrated DEIBA Action Report Card as that companion mechanism. The Report Card guides reflection, prompts consideration, encourages systematic review, offers a structured planning framework, and helps faculty examine four dimensions of course design: articulated commitment, diverse representation, assessments and experiential activities, and sustainable integration. The article situates the tool within marketing education literature, AACSB’s 2026 Global Standards, the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, constructive alignment, and scholarship on inclusive pedagogy. It then operationalizes the four dimensions and illustrates their use in product strategy, experiential learning, and marketing analytics. The contribution is not a score of how inclusive a course is; it is a conceptual heuristic that translates broad inclusive-marketing guidance into a repeatable process of evidence review, interpretation, and action planning. Future research should examine the Report Card’s clarity, usability, consistency of interpretation, and incremental value for faculty course planning.
