The aim of the research was to study the impact of biopreparations at different application times on the formation of structural parameters, seed productivity, and sowing qualities of winter rapeseed under varying moisture supply conditions in the south of Ukraine. The formation of the crop's seed productivity was evaluated under different moisture supply conditions: Rainfed (without irrigation) and irrigated (factor A). To ensure the biological protection of the crops against diseases, biopreparations developed by the Engineering and Technology Institute (ITI) 'Biotechnica (BT)' of National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine (NAAS) were applied: Ampelomycin BT, Planriz BT, and Trichodermin BT (factor B). Double and triple treatments of the crops were carried out during the following growth stages: Rosette formation+stem elongation+budding; stem elongation+budding (factor C). The maximum values of germination energy (92.90%) and seed germination (94.35%) were achieved under irrigation and triple application of Planriz BT.
