The Guyana–Suriname Basin is one petroleum province, but its licence map is almost always drawn in two halves, or sold behind a subscription. This essay releases a free basin-wide licence atlas from the GLIAG GSB Intelligence Platform (GIP): 34 licence entries across Guyana and Suriname, each with holders, working interests, signing date, licence term and status, verified against public sources to 30 October 2026. The atlas (7,200 × 4,380 px, included) shows every block in its operator's colour, expired and disputed licences, unsigned auction awards and Suriname's open-door sectors, together with GIP wellheads, development projects and FPSOs. A source-linked register table accompanies it. The essay sets out why such maps are rare, what the atlas shows (concentrated operatorship; Guyana's thinning acreage outside Stabroek; Suriname's expanding contract area), and how GIP links each block to its wells, discoveries, licence history, fiscal terms, Basin Watch news, GLIAG newsletters and essays in one platform across both countries. FACT · MISSING · GLIAG JUDGEMENT · TRIGGER boxes separate evidence from judgement. Outlines are indicative; this is a research product, not a legal record of title. Companion paper: Petroleum Systems Analysis of the Guyana–Suriname Basin with the GLIAG methodology (doi:10.5281/zenodo.23815989). Revision 1.1 (30 October 2026): map labels corrected (Corentyne label moved clear of S10; S10 holder abbreviated to IGI; French Guiana label made legible). Holdings, dates and sources unchanged. Revision 1.2 (30 October 2026): S7 corrected to Cybele Energy alone (per Guyana's Minister of Natural Resources), with its unpaid signing bonus and the 15 September 2026 deadline; Nickerie set to Decker 100% under its 2019 contract with Staatsolie. A full working-interest split is now public for 27 of the 33 held entries.
