Maternal immunization is a critical public health strategy, yet psychological and sociodemographic factors may influence uptake. We examined vaccination decision-making among 225 pregnant women attending an obstetrics and gynecology clinic in Türkiye using the 5 C model. Only 3.1% reported preconception vaccination counseling, and 54.2% received vaccination during pregnancy; all vaccinated participants received tetanus-diphtheria vaccination, with some receiving additional vaccines. In multivariable analysis, receipt of vaccination information was independently associated with higher odds of vaccination, while Calculation showed a nonlinear association with vaccination status. We interpret these results as supporting attention to informational and psychological factors in maternal vaccination counseling.
