Background: Traumatic anterior teeth may develop intrinsic discolouration and positional changes even after endodontic treatment. Internal bleaching followed by ceramic veneer restoration offers a conservative aesthetic approach. Aim: To describe the aesthetic rehabilitation of a traumatised, endodontically treated maxillary central incisor using internal bleaching followed by a minimally invasive ceramic veneer. Case Presentation: A 38-year-old male presented with greyish discolouration and mild incisal displacement of tooth #21 following trauma. Internal bleaching was performed using the walking bleach technique with sodium perborate and hydrogen peroxide. After satisfactory colour improvement, a minimally invasive facial preparation was performed, followed by placement of a lithium disilicate ceramic veneer. Conclusion: Internal bleaching followed by ceramic veneer restoration provided a conservative approach for improving the colour and aesthetics of a traumatised, endodontically treated maxillary central incisor while preserving tooth structure.
