This study examined the statistical associations between Information and Communication Technology (ICT) tools and research activities, students’ assessment practices, and administrative decision-making in private universities in North-Central Nigeria. A cross-sectional correlational design was adopted. The population comprised 62,950 undergraduate students and academic staff from 32 private universities, with 700 respondents (500 students and 200 academic staff) selected from eight universities using stratified sampling. Data were collected using the researcher-designed ITETORADQ questionnaire, validated by experts (CVI = 0.73), with a pilot reliability coefficient of 0.77. Pearson’s Product-Moment Correlation and simple linear regression were used at the 0.05 significance level. Findings showed strong positive associations with research activities (r = .865), assessment practices (r = .830), and administrative decision-making (r = .848).
