ABSTRACTWe demonstrate that the Earth's seismic resonance residual period (Tr = 299.86 s) acts as a direct cosmic density gauge when treated as a scale-invariant boundary indicator. By removing localized material properties and treating the Earth as an effective resonator, the escape angle shift from theoretical Mach angle μ_theory = arcsin(2/3) = 41.8103° to observed μ_obs = 41.6667° (sin=0.6639) yields a universal effective refractive index n = sin_μ_theory / sin_μ_obs = 1.00410, and a universal energy compression ratio n²−1 = 0.0082168 (0.82168%). Direct inversion via dimensionless delay angle δ* = 0.012 rad gives n−1 = Ωm·δ* → Ωm = 0.00410 / 0.012 = 0.341. This single terrestrial measurement (299.86 s) agrees with Planck Ωm = 0.315 within ~8%, without any cosmological model fitting.
