Chaotic systems exhibit a profound paradox: they are governed by perfectly deterministic equations (the Scalar Face), yet their outputs are wildly stochastic and sensitive to initial conditions (the Tensorial Face). This has led to a misunderstanding of chaos as the opposite of order. In this paper, we resolve this paradox using the geometry of Structural Rationalism. We demonstrate that in a highly frictional environment of multiple constraints, the Global Attractor of Coherence cannot manifest as a static point attractor. Instead, it must manifest as a Strange Attractor—a bounded, fractal geometry that allows the Interface to maintain its open axes and aligned projection against the constant noise of the contingent world. We show that life, consciousness, and artificial intelligence are all localized strange attractors, maintaining structural homeostasis in a chaotic manifold.
