This study aims to design and develop an automatic weighing and dough mixing system for keciput based on a load cell sensor. The main problem lies in manual measurement and mixing processes, which result in low accuracy, inconsistency, and inefficiency. Therefore, an automated system is required to improve precision and efficiency in the production process. The method used in this study is Research and Development (R&D), which includes system design, implementation, and testing. The weighing process utilizes a load cell sensor with an HX711 module, processed by an ESP32 microcontroller, and displayed on a 20x4 I2C LCD. After weighing, the process continues with automatic dough mixing using a motor-driven system to produce stable rotation. The test results show that the system performs well with an average error of 5.2% compared to a digital scale as a reference. The mixing system is also able to mix the ingredients evenly. Therefore, the developed system can improve accuracy, consistency, and efficiency in keciput production.
