Administrative air quality monitoring networks often release public data across fragmented repositories, variable formats, and inconsistent time encodings, hindering automated scientific re-use. This paper presents a curated, harmonized, and quality-controlled environmental dataset covering 15 consecutive years (2011–2025) of hourly atmospheric observations in Navarre, Spain. Integrating approximately 8.6 million hourly observations collected across 14 official monitoring stations, the raw multi-variable wide tables were ingested, validated, and normalized into a relational Star Schema following Tidy Data principles. Chemical variables are harmonized using the European Environment Agency (EEA / EIONET) standardized pollutant ontology. Strict temporal continuity (UTC normalization) and explicit missingness tracking were enforced to preserve auditability for atmospheric modeling, machine learning, and epidemiological research. The complete dataset, tabular schemas, and reproducible Python ETL pipelines are openly accessible via Zenodo under a CC-BY 4.0 license.
