This study aims to analyze the role of Islamic Religious Coping in the recovery of the psychological condition of individuals experiencing mental problems through the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. The research was conducted by selecting accredited articles published between 2020–2025 through Google Scholar and ScienceDirect. A total of 20 relevant articles were synthesized to assess the effectiveness of three forms of religious coping, namely dhikr, prayer, and reading the Qur'an. The results of the study showed that dhikr regularly contributes to reducing stress, anxiety, digital fatigue, as well as increasing peace of mind and emotional regulation. The practice of prayer has been proven to provide significant psychospiritual effects such as improving well-being, emotional stability, and strengthening the meaning of life and psychological resilience. On the other hand, reading the Qur'an has been shown to be effective in reducing psychological symptoms such as hallucinations, anxiety, and emotional stress, as well as providing positive affirmations that support adaptive coping skills. Overall, Islamic Religious Coping plays a role in psychological recovery by strengthening spirituality, deepening the meaning of life, and forming a more effective religious mindset.
