This study aims to analyze the implementation of promotional strategies by Travel Mujahid Al-Haramain in increasing the number of pilgrims performing Umrah. This qualitative research employed in-depth interviews and observations involving the company management and pilgrims as key informants. Informants were purposively selected to obtain relevant and in-depth information. The results indicate that the company’s promotional strategies include the use of social media, conventional advertising, and sales promotions. Social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook serve as the primary tools to build trust and deliver information about Umrah packages. Conventional advertisements, including brochures, banners, and billboards, reinforce the company’s image and legitimacy. Meanwhile, sales promotions such as discounts, family programs, and refer-a-friend programs effectively encourage immediate registration. The integration of these three promotional strategies has proven effective in increasing interest, trust, and the number of pilgrims. The study demonstrates that a well-planned and sustainable combination of digital and conventional promotional media is a key factor in the success and development of Travel Mujahid Al-Haramain
