As commercial logistics, autonomous delivery drone fleets, and urban air mobility (UAM) networks scale toward automated deployment, corporate logistics cartels and real-estate investment trusts (REITs) are executing a physical land-grab across the lower atmosphere (50 to 400 feet}$ AGL). This monograph analyzes "The Spatial Enclosure Horizon": the systemic failure mode wherein private entities combine proprietary Unmanned Traffic Management (UTM) routing algorithms with exclusive terrestrial real-estate leases—specifically urban commercial rooftops, vertical docking hubs, fast-charging grid interconnects, and staging nodes—to carve out privatized volumetric corridors ("drone polygons"). By monopolizing the physical landing nodes required for continuous flight operations, these platforms lock out independent operators, emergency services, and civic utility while imposing an algorithmic "civilian airspace tax." We construct a complete differential model of spatial access decay (Γaccess→ 0), quantify the acoustic/environmental externality transfers onto ground-level real estate, and establish non-negotiable defensive invariants (Common-Carrier Rooftop Mandates, Mandatory Externality Dividends, and Open-Source Federated UTM Protocols) to preserve lower-atmosphere sovereign integrity.
