This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous effects of ROE, EPS, and PER on the stock prices of banking sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2023–2025 period. A quantitative method was employed using secondary data derived from the financial statements of banking sector companies. Purposive sampling resulted in a sample of 20 banking sector companies for the 2023–2025 period. The rise in stock investment activity has triggered a "Fear of Missing Out" (FOMO) phenomenon, often resulting in the loss of investment capital. Novice investors can analyze performance ratios—specifically ROE, EPS, and PER—as supporting tools to assess a company's condition. The study utilizes statistical analysis, including classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing via t-tests and F-tests.Statistical results indicate that, individually (partially), ROE and EPS have a positive and significant effect on stock prices, whereas PER does not have a significant effect. However, the simultaneous analysis (F-test) reveals that ROE, EPS, and PER collectively exert a positive and significant influence on stock prices. This research elucidates the relationships and mutual influences among capital structure, profitability, and stock price fairness within the context of these financial performance measurement ratios.
