Pharmaceutical services are an essential component of maintaining the quality and safety of patient care in hospitals. This study aimed to evaluate the implementation of pharmaceutical service standards at Cililin Regional General Hospital, West Bandung Regency, based on the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 72 of 2016. This study used a non-experimental design with a quantitative descriptive approach. Data were collected through checklist-based observations, interviews, and a review of pharmaceutical service documents from 2025. The evaluation covered the management of pharmaceutical preparations, medical devices, medical consumables, and clinical pharmacy services, with a minimum conformity criterion of >80%. The evaluation results showed that the managerial aspect met the standard, with a degree of conformity of 98.1%. Clinical pharmacy services had a degree of conformity of 77.9% and did not meet the minimum criterion of >80%. The main areas of nonconformity in clinical pharmacy services were Drug Use Evaluation (DUE), sterile preparation dispensing, and Therapeutic Drug Monitoring (TDM).
