The purpose of this study was to analyse the relationship between the use of virtual assistants and the organisation of the educational process. The methodology included a set of approaches, namely, the analysis of existing technologies, assessment of their effectiveness, and experimental study of the impact on the educational process. The main focus was on adaptive platforms, online tutors, voice assistants, and chatbots. An experiment was conducted among 100 students of the speciality “Information Technology”. Participants were divided into experimental and control groups, who used virtual assistants for training or were trained using conventional methods. The results showed that the use of virtual assistants increases academic performance, motivation, and learning satisfaction. Among the main difficulties noted were some difficulties in use, lack of emotional interaction, and technical problems. The study confirmed the prospects of integrating virtual assistants into the educational process, providing a personalised and effective approach to learning.
