CampusCare is a web-based grievance redressal system designed to improve communication and complaint management in higher education institutions. The system provides a centralized platform where students can register, submit grievances related to hostel facilities, food services, transportation, academics, infrastructure and administration, and track the progress of their complaints. The proposed system follows a three-tier architecture consisting of a React-based frontend, a Spring Boot REST API backend and a MySQL database. It provides grievance categorization, status tracking, administrative responses and public transparency statistics. The system also incorporates BCrypt password hashing to protect student credentials and provides aggregate grievance statistics without exposing individual student information. This research presents the system requirements, architecture, database design, API structure, security considerations, current implementation and future enhancements. CampusCare aims to provide a transparent, accessible and structured approach to grievance management in educational institutions.
