A new Agalliini leafhopper genus, Orientagallia Zhang & Webb, gen. nov . (Cicadellidae, Megophthalminae), is described to place four Oriental species: O. viraktamathi Zhang & Webb, sp. nov . from Yunnan Province, China; O. priyankae (Viraktamath), comb. nov . from China (new record), India, and Nepal; O. kolasibensis (Meshram), comb. nov . and O. shillongensis (Meshram), comb. nov . both from India. A checklist to the species of Orientagallia , gen. nov . and a key for their identification are provided.
