This study examines the current status of factors associated with learning motivation among Educational Studies students at Thu Dau Mot University and proposes measures whose necessity and feasibility are subsequently assessed. The study employed a questionnaire survey, document analysis, and descriptive statistics using data from 220 participants, comprising 10 lecturers and 210 students. The results indicate that teaching methods received the highest rating from students (M = 4.22, SD = 0.67), whereas personal goals received the lowest mean rating from lecturers (M = 3.53, SD = 0.76). On this basis, five measures are proposed: guiding students in setting learning and career goals; improving motivational content; innovating teaching methods; diversifying the formats used to organize motivational activities; and strengthening support conditions. The evaluation yielded overall mean scores of 3.96 for necessity and 3.99 for feasibility. These findings provide an empirical basis for designing learning-motivation support activities tailored to Educational Studies students.
