The purpose of the study is to identify and characterize the main components of a linguodidactic model for a proposed joint Russian-Lao general education school in the Lao People’s Democratic Republic. The article examines the regulatory and institutional-administrative prerequisites for establishing the school, the relationship between Russian and Lao educational requirements, principles for distributing curricular content across the two languages, and conditions for teacher training. The scientific novelty lies in the authors’ proposed two-axis design structure: the institutional-administrative axis establishes the conditions for aligning the regulatory requirements of the two countries, while the content-and-methodology axis brings together six interrelated components: methodological, content-based, procedural, cultural, bilingual, and diagnostic. The study proposes design guidelines for developing a joint educational program and a teacher-training system. The model is theoretical and project-based; its application requires further piloting.
