Classical electrodynamics and thermodynamics face persistent conceptual barriers when explaining the fundamental origin of electrical current across diverse phenomena—ranging from rotating mechanical generators and triboelectric friction to high-energy atmospheric lightning and piezoelectric stress. Traditional models often rely on semantic workarounds regarding energy "conversion" to avoid violating the First Law of Thermodynamics. This paper introduces a comprehensive 5D framework that resolves these long-standing mysteries. By defining matter and electromagnetism through a dual-tethered particle architecture across the 5D Planck pressure boundary (), we demonstrate that permanent magnets and high-stress dielectric domains act as pre-existing topological portals into the Quantum Continuum (). We present the governing metric-shear equations and expand the model to encompass all primary classifications of electrical generation.
