Comprehensive Summary The integration of circularly polarized organic light‐emitting diodes (CP‐OLEDs) and circularly polarized light (CPL) photodetectors into a unified chiral material platform represents a critical step toward advanced optoelectronics, yet achieving high performance in both devices remains a formidable challenge. Here, we demonstrate a chiral emissive material engineered through helical co‐assembly of an achiral conjugated polymer, poly(9,9‐dioctylfluorene‐ co ‐benzothiadiazole) (F8BT), with nano‐scaled chiral carbon dots (C‐dots). Owing to efficient chirality and energy transfer from chiral C‐dots to F8BT, the composite films demonstrate strong optical activity and CPL properties, which are further simultaneously used as chiral active layers for constructing high‐performance CP‐OLEDs and CPL photodetectors. Notably, the resulting CP‐OLEDs show a maximum electroluminescence dissymmetry factor (| g EL |) of 9.4 × 10 −3 , high luminance of 18372 cd·m −2 and unprecedented operational stability with half lifetime of 22908 h at an initial luminance of 100 cd·m −2 . Moreover, the same chiral emitter‐based CPL photodetectors exhibit a high photocurrent anisotropy factor ( g ph ) of 0.3 and sustain stable performance over 1000 switching cycles. This work establishes a versatile approach for developing chiral hybrids, unlocking their potential for multifunctional integrated chiral optoelectronics.
