The concept is presented of making at the FCC-$ee$ (or CEPC) facility μ⁺e⁻ collisions at the centre-of-mass energy between 1 and 2 TeV and the average luminosity above 10³⁴cm⁻²s⁻¹, concurrently to the e⁺e⁻ collisions. First, a concise scientific motivation is given, including the exciting prospect of measurements of the Higgs boson self-interaction, and is followed by a presentation of the FCC-$μe$ layout -- from the source of ultra-cold anti-muons, through the muon booster, to the main muon ring. Basic considerations are also given regarding the machine-detector interface and the performance of the FCC-$μe$ and associated neutrino factory. The paper concludes with an outlook underlying relevance of such anti-muon beams for any future high energy storage ring as well as for neutrino science.
