This study examines innovation capability as a mediator between social capital, perceived organizational support (POS), and entrepreneurial well-being among seafood processing entrepreneurs in Sumenep Regency. A September 2026 survey of 206 entrepreneurs recruited through purposive and snowball sampling was analyzed using PLS-SEM. Social capital and POS were positively associated with innovation capability. Social capital and innovation capability were positively associated with well-being; the direct POS relationship was nonsignificant. Innovation capability showed complementary mediation for social capital and indirect-only mediation for POS. These findings highlight relational resources and innovation capability, although cross-sectional data do not establish causality.
