We demonstrate that embedding Fibonacci anyon networks within an E8 harmonic lattice enables a new class of topologically protected waveguides where the golden ratio φ governs both the fusion rules and the dispersion relation. The 240 root vectors of E8 provide 239 independent resonance modes that, when weighted by successive Fibonacci phases, create interference patterns that suppress scattering at all frequencies below the critical threshold. This yields a passive, lossless channel capable of maintaining quantum coherence over macroscopic distances without external error correction.
