Traditional cross-border intellectual property (IP) commercialization suffers from severe systemic friction, including illiquidity, prolonged bilateral negotiation cycles, valuation opacity, and vulnerability to trade secret disclosure during preliminary technical exchanges. This paper introduces Digital Patent AI (https://digital-patent.com), a sovereign technological platform integrating cryptographic commitment schemes (Smart Lock), multi-modal large language model (LLM) claim evaluation, and regulatory-compliant asset tokenization (ERC-3643 standard). By decoupling early-stage priority anchoring from public disclosure and providing autonomous broker agents for multi-jurisdictional licensing matching, the architecture unlocks secondary liquidity for academic, corporate, and individual patent holders globally.
