The reconstruction programme asks how persistent defects, their supporting platform and effective observable laws can be jointly admissible. We apply this viewpoint to three conditional electroweak relations: the neutron-normalized Fermi capacity, a specified vector-mass ratio and the Fermi-normalized Higgs pole-mass ratio. A common-interface formulation separates representative-independent descent, saturation of readable support, stationary restoring response and calibration under gluing. Linear exposure maps determine canonical support projectors without fixing their physical stiffness. Bilateral transverse exposure yields a rank-four radial support; an oriented transverse decomposition relates it to vector-response sectors of ranks two and one and an antisymmetric line. Collective radial and neutral-return read-outs supply the remaining radial counts, with an explicit countermodel when the weak marked role remains observable. Specified normalization and grading rules give GF = 1.1663787583 × 10−5GeV−2, \( {s^2_W} \) = 0.2230330392 and mH = 125.199944GeV. Dated comparisons, competing constructions and an exact computational audit identify which choices are presently testable. These retrospective relations use frozen cross-sector inputs and no continuous electroweak fit. Physical read-out selection, inverse-capacity grading and matching to completed observables remain stated hypotheses.
