The compounding effects of urbanization and climate change are accelerating the ecological degradation of urban landscapes, with persistent intensification of the heat island effect, increasingly frequent extreme waterlogging events, and growing habitat fragmentation. Based on landscape ecology and resilient city theory, this study constructs an integrated research framework of “climate diagnosis — ecological restoration — spatial renewal — coupled assessment,” and proposes a Dynamic Climate-driven Ecological Vulnerability Response Matrix (DCEVR), a multi-scale blue-green coupled restoration technology integration system (BGCE), and climate-adaptive spatial renewal strategies underpinned by the Dual-Element Synergistic Benefit Assessment Model (DESBM). Indicator weights in the DCEVR are determined through an entropy-weight–AHP composite method, while the BGCE weight coefficients (α, β, γ) are scenario-specific values derived from climate scenario simulation. Drawing on ecological monitoring and spatial implementation data from the core area of Chengdu’s Jincheng Greenway between 2019 and 2023 — using three parallel benchmark scenarios (restoration-only, renewal-only, and coordinated implementation) constructed from real spatial subdivisions of the 133 km² study area — the study finds that, relative to the renewal-only baseline, deep coupling of ecological corridor restoration with low-carbon spatial restructuring is associated with an improvement of 27.3% in the city’s comprehensive climate resilience index, and that blue-green system collaborative intervention yields significant gains in microclimate regulation efficiency. All comparative claims reflect observed differences between spatial benchmark zones rather than experimental controls; causal attribution should be interpreted with appropriate caution. The research provides theoretical support and methodological reference for urban ecological governance and spatial planning practice.
