This paper studies a bicriteria multistage transportation problem under uncertainty, where transportation costs and deterioration are modeled using pentagonal neutrosophic numbers (NNs), while supply and demand are deterministic. The uncertain model is first converted into a crisp bicriteria form using a score function (SF). A parametric search-based approach is then developed to obtain nondominated extreme solutions in the criteria space. The proposed method combines classical transportation techniques with decomposition and bicriteria optimization strategies to handle large-scale problems efficiently. An illustration is provided to demonstrate the applicability and effectiveness of the approach.
