Sustainable tourism requires support from various parties, including educational institutions as institutions that play a role in producing human resources and forming a culture of sustainability. The implementation of Green Energy Practices and increasing Environmental Awareness are two important aspects that need to be considered in supporting the achievement of Sustainable Tourism Performance. This study aims to analyze the influence of Green Energy Practices and Environmental Awareness partially or simultaneously on Sustainable Tourism Performance at the Vitka Foundation Educational Institution in Batam City. The research method used is quantitative explanatory with the Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM) data analysis technique using the SmartPLS 4 application. Data was collected through the distribution of a Likert scale-based questionnaire to respondents within the Vitka Foundation with a sample of 150 respondents. The results of the hypothesis test proved that Green Energy Practices had a positive and significant effect on Sustainable Tourism Performance (O=0.014; p=0.000<0.05) with an f-square of 0.365 (moderate effect). Furthermore, Environmental Awareness also had a positive and significant effect on Sustainable Tourism Performance (O=0.025; p=0.000<0.05) with an f-square of 0.120. Simultaneously, the two independent variables had a very strong influence on the dependent variable with a determination coefficient value (.R-2.) of 0.913, which means that the combination of Green Energy Practices and Environmental Awareness was able to explain the variance of Sustainable Tourism Performance by 91.3%. The model evaluation also confirmed the predictive relevance criteria (Q-2.=0.909) and the fit model (SRMR=0.054). In conclusion, improving sustainability performance in educational institutions requires a balanced integration between the provision of infrastructure and green energy policies with the formation of awareness and environmentally friendly behavior from the entire academic community.
