MHT-CET candidates (Maharashtra Common Entrance Test) typically study through video lessons, PDF notes, messaging groups and test-series apps that keep their data in separate silos, which leaves them without levelappropriate practice or dependable feedback. This paper describes RankSetu AI, a mobile-first learning and examreadiness platform developed with Flutter and Firebase, which links practice, assessment, analysis and improvement into a single cycle. The platform provides subject-wise practice, timed mock tests that are scored automatically, an AI test generator, AI Dost (a Google Gemini-based mentor that solves doubts step by step), weakness detection, test recommendation, two-level caching, single-device sessions, client-side anti-cheat controls and a web-based administration panel.Item Response Theory drives adaptive difficulty, while a normal-distribution model yields a percentile estimate that is always shown with a disclaimer. The paper states openly which modules are implemented, which are planned and what the limitations are.
