Objectives: (1) To determine the level of quality of life (QoL) among menopausal women in Can Tho City; (2) to examine the correlations between knowledge, attitudes, and practices (KAP) regarding menopausal health care and QoL. Methods: An analytical cross-sectional study was conducted among 1,600 menopausal women in four communes and four wards of Can Tho City from December 2024 to August 2025. QoL was measured with the 28-item Vietnamese version of the Menopause-Specific Quality of Life questionnaire (MENQOL; scores 1–8, with higher scores indicating poorer QoL), and KAP with a structured questionnaire. Spearman’s rank correlation coefficient (ρ) was used. Results: The median overall MENQOL score was 1.63 (Q1–Q3: 1.39–2.09); the median vasomotor, psychosocial, physical, and sexual domain scores were 1.33, 1.57, 1.67, and 1.67, respectively. Practice showed a weak negative correlation with the MENQOL score (ρ = −0.210; p < 0.001), while knowledge (ρ = −0.135; p < 0.001) and attitudes (ρ = −0.072; p = 0.004) showed very weak negative correlations. Conclusions: Better knowledge, attitudes, and practices were associated with better QoL, but the associations were weak. Given the cross-sectional design, these findings suggest that community programmes should support practical self-care in addition to raising awareness.
