The Tiga Putra cassava cracker industry in Sukabumi Regency faces a decline in production levels that negatively affects its profitability and business continuity. This study aims to identify the factors causing the decline and to determine the best solution using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. Data were collected through interviews with the business owner, direct observation, and a literature review. Five main criteria were set, namely production cost, production time, production quantity, customer orders, and weather, with weather carrying the highest weight. Four alternative solutions were evaluated: packaging innovation, digital marketing, establishing partnerships, and oven manufacturing. The calculation consisted of determining criteria and weights, normalizing the decision matrix, and computing preference values. The results show that oven manufacturing is the best alternative with a preference value of 0.96, followed by establishing partnerships with a value of 0.91. Using an oven is expected to reduce the dependence of the drying process on weather and to improve efficiency and productivity. This study contributes by demonstrating a simple and easily replicable multi-criteria decision support system for strategic decision-making in micro, small, and medium enterprises in the processed food sector.
