This study aims to analyze the internal and external factors and formulate strategies for developing the cultivation business of white oyster mushrooms (Pleurotus ostreatus) at the Cempaka Women Farmers Group (KWT) in Pauh District, Padang City. The research was conducted from April to May 2026 using a mixed-methods approach. Informants were selected using purposive sampling, while data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using the Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) Matrix, External Factor Evaluation (EFE) Matrix, and SWOT analysis. The results showed that the strengths of KWT Cempaka include a strategic business location, experienced and active members, established regular customers and marketing networks, offline and online marketing, and good product quality. The weaknesses include dependence on mushroom spawn suppliers, limited business capital, production capacity that has not yet met market demand, and limited cultivation facilities and infrastructure. The IFE score of 2.80 and EFE score of 2.85 indicate that the internal and external conditions are in the moderate category. The development strategies include increasing production, expanding digital marketing, developing value-added processed products, improving the ability to produce mushroom spawn independently, utilizing government support, strengthening partnerships, improving capital and production efficiency, and adopting better cultivation technology. These strategies are expected to improve productivity, competitiveness, and the sustainability of KWT Cempaka’s white oyster mushroom cultivation business
