Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises are central to India’s employment generation, entrepreneurship, industrial supply chains and local economic development. However, MSME growth is shaped by multiple interdependent factors, including access to finance, technology adoption, workforce skills, infrastructure, market access, formalisation and institutional support. This paper develops an integrated roadmap for strengthening MSME growth in India. It uses a descriptive, secondary-source analytical approach to organise the major strategic levers, identify common implementation barriers and recommend a phased approach to capability building and expansion. The framework treats growth as a combination of productivity, market reach, resilience, innovation and sustainable competitiveness rather than turnover alone. No primary survey data have been supplied; therefore, the chart is explicitly illustrative and no new statistical findings are claimed.
