Warm greetings, We are pleased to announce that the Indonesian Sports Medicine Association will hold its 11th Annual Scientific Meeting in conjunction with 2nd Exercise and Health Symposium on October 29th–31st, 2026, in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. This annual event serves as an important platform to advance knowledge, enhance professional competence, and strengthen collaboration in the field of sports medicine. This year, we proudly present the theme: “Harmonizing Culture, Wellness, and Performance in Sports Medicine Practice.” In response to evolving societal needs and post-pandemic lifestyle changes, sports medicine plays a crucial role not only in optimizing athletic performance but also in promoting public health through a preventive and evidence-based approach, including the concept of exercise as medicine. We sincerely hope that this event will serve as a dynamic platform for collaboration among all stakeholders in the field of sports medicine. We believe that practitioners, academics, and professionals will not only gain meaningful knowledge and insights, but also build valuable connections that extend beyond this gathering. At the same time, we invite you to experience and enjoy the unique cultural richness of Yogyakarta, a city where tradition and hospitality come together in a truly memorable way. Please enjoy Yogyakarta! Yogyakarta, Assoc. Prof. dr. Muh. Ikhwan Zein, Sp.K.O., Subsp A.L.K.(K), PhD President of Indonesian Sports Medicine Association 2025-2028
