This study examines how system quality, information quality and service quality are associated with system usage and user satisfaction, and how usage and satisfaction relate to E-Learning Success in Ubaya Learning Space. A cross-sectional online survey used purposive sampling to recruit 203 Universitas Surabaya students during 24 September–18 October 2026. Data were analysed using PLS-SEM in SmartPLS 4. System quality was positively associated with both usage and satisfaction. Information quality and service quality were positively associated with satisfaction, while their relationships with usage were not supported. Both usage and satisfaction were positively associated with students’ perceived learning-process benefits. The findings suggest attention to reliable system functions, clear course information and accessible support when evaluating students’ learning experience. They describe associations within the surveyed group; overlap among some measures limits the separation of these relationships, and objective learning outcomes or causal effects were not established.
